Blackboard Connect

Rootstown Township is pleased to provide an emergency notification system through the services of Blackboard Connect. This service provides severe weather alerts and provides us with the ability to communicate specific time sensitive information.

Severe weather alerts are initiated by the National Weather Service. Tornado warnings and Severe Thunderstorm Warnings for our area will initiate a call to the listed numbers and if requested, a text message and/or email of the exact National Weather Service alert.
