State Route 44 Corridor Study Finalization

The State Route 44 Corridor Plan was adopted by the JEDD Board on July 9, 2026. Click here to read the plan.

Contractor Registration

Contractor registration is required only if the project meets both of the following criteria:

The property is located in the JEDD.
The contractor will be on-site for more than 20 days.
If the project meets both criteria, the contractor shall complete Form 48 (link) and submit to either the Zoning Department or the JEDD Board.
